**What you'll do**
The Global Automations Lead role is focused on integrating, optimising,
automating and maintaining complex internal operational processes and systems
to save time and drive efficiency.The right person for this role has
experience with web scraping, data cleaning, working with APIs and automating
complex workflows. Required technical skills: Advanced python (experience in
web scraping and working with developer documents), intermediateSQL and google
sheets.
* Driving efficiency across the business, reducing human error and giving teams back time
* Automate complex processes in python
* Develop high-quality documentation detailing the processes and hosting training sessions
* Project manage and deploy operational process improvements that impact Support Operations efficiency
* Scoping, building and maintaining various system integrations that better support our teams & customers
* Working with various team members to enhance their projects with the use of automated platforms
**What you'll need**
* Python: Advanced experience in working with Python and building out of various API integrations[pandas, numpy, requests, Google API].
* SQL: Experience in working with various ETL’s, dashboards & data to drive direction & strategies for areas of improvement & reporting back on these.
* Problem Solver: Ability to observe & analyse a problem and come up with a solution that can serve multiple stakeholders and customers while not compromising on quality
* Project and stakeholder management skills: Proven track record of collaborating across multiple stakeholders in an org and leading a project or program from design to execution
* Experience with Streamlit Apps
* Experience with Zendesk, Jira and similar
