### Responsibilities

**Software Engineering:**

* Develop quick prototypes of user-facing AI products
* Work with customers to understand requirements

**Collaboration and Leadership:**

* Work closely with industry-leading engineers and researchers
* Foster a collaborative learning environment
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and set high standards through personal example

**Technical Expertise:**

* Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompting techniques, and finetuning
* Experience with Knowledge Graphs and Vector Stores
* Familiarity with OOP principles and best practices
* Experience in Python
* Experience with blockchains and/or web3 (bonus)
* Experience using collaborative development best practices (Git, Kanban, code reviews)

* Strong ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Initiative to take ownership of projects and commitment to delivering value to users
* Excellent English communication skills, collaborative mindset, and dedication to continuous learning

**Experience:**

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 2+ years of software engineering and AI experience
