We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated Co-Founder & Full Stack Engineer to
join our ambitious startup, Luxa. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary
tech enthusiast to play a fundamental role in designing and developing a
groundbreaking sustainable construction software from the ground up. As a co-
founder, you will not only contribute significantly to the technical
architecture and development but also to the strategic direction, culture, and
growth of Luxa.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
* Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Luxa’s software platform ensuring robustness, scalability, and optimal performance.
* Oversee the complete software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, and maintenance.
* Remain updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Luxa stays ahead of the curve.
1. Strategic Input:
* Contribute to the overall business strategy, identifying potential technical challenges and opportunities.
* Ensure that the technical strategy aligns with, and supports, the broader business objectives.
* Assist in seeking and securing funding by providing technical insights and presentations to potential investors.
1. Team Building & Mentorship:
* Lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of a high-caliber engineering team.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
1. Product Management:
* Liaise with other co-founders and stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with user needs and market opportunities.
* Prioritize features and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and the team remains focused on key objectives.
1. Customer Engagement:
* Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring the product remains user-centric.
* Serve as a technical liaison to stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
1. Operational Efficiency:
* Implement efficient processes and standards to streamline development and ensure product quality.
* Manage budget allocations for the technical domain, ensuring resource optimization.
1. Security & Compliance:
* Ensure that the platform adheres to the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance.
* Fundraising & Networking:
* Actively engage in fundraising campaigns, investor meetings, and networking events to foster relationships that can drive Luxa forward.
1. Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in full-stack development, preferably in a startup environment.
* Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks. Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for sustainable construction.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
