We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Mobile Developer with expertise in
both iOS and Android development. As a Fullstack Mobile Developer, you will
lead a team of developers and contribute to the design, development, and
maintenance of our mobile applications across multiple platforms. Your
technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and strong understanding of iOS,
Android, and Java/Swift will be instrumental in delivering high-quality
software solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
* Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and Swift programming languages.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
* Implement new features, enhancements, and improvements to existing mobile applications.
* Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free software.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve any performance, compatibility, or security issues.
* Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
* Lead the team in adopting best practices, tools, and technologies for efficient development and continuous improvement.
Requierments:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.
* Proficiency in Java and Swift programming languages.
* Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
* Experience with frameworks such as Android SDK, iOS SDK, UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
* Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including app submission and approval processes on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
* Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Previous experience in a team lead or management role, guiding and mentoring developers.
Good to have:
* Familiarity with backend technologies and concepts like Node.js, Python, or cloud services like AWS or Firebase.
* Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, such as XCTest or Espresso.
* Published apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
