**_firefly_** is a DEX with ‘CEX-like features’ such as limit orders to buy at
pre-defined prices and take-profit sell orders to exit a position when a
certain profit’s been reached.

### About the Role
* We're looking for a full-stack engineer to lead our development & maintenance of our DEX platform, as well as help in related areas such as: subgraphs, routing API, corporate site.

### What we're looking for...
* **Development Experience** : Prior experience building frontend and backend solutions in crypto-native projects deployed on an EVM mainnet.
* 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years as a full stack developer. Extensive experience in Typescript and React is required; experience in Solidity, Python or bash is a plus.
* **Communication** : strong written and oral communication skills.
* Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, the EVM, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
* **Leadership** : you will be managing and coordinating the work of other engineers and contractors.
* **Product-minded** : in a startup, we expect our Lead Eng. to play a constructive role in defining the product and ensuring requirements are complete
* **Passion for Crypto** : whether it's building, investing, yield farming, minting, voting, or other activities, your enthusiasm for the crypto space is evident.
* **Mindset** : a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on in a startup environment.
