**About Us**
We're building contextual shopping experiences for enterprise brands like
Shiseido. Our platform enables brands to launch a unique contextual micro-
store, using generative AI in seconds, for their influencers/ads/campaigns.
These micro-stores seamlessly integrate with platforms like Salesforce
Commerce Cloud or Shopify via APIs, using our proprietary product catalog and
checkout system. Our stack is Vue, Nuxt, NestJS, and GraphQL, with a strong
focus on integrating LLM orchestration/RAG techniques.
**The Role**
We're seeking a lead engineer to own our frontend architecture, spearhead our
AI initiatives, and drive product strategy and delivery. You'll be
instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and technical direction to build
AI powered features using LLM orchestration/AI Agents and
analytics/experimentation infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own our frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
* Deliver product strategy and own the product roadmap.
* Ability to ship features independently
* Mentor the team on LLM technologies, RAG techniques, and AI-first development principles
* Ensure high availability, security, and code quality across our platform
* Lead developer productivity, implementing tools and processes to boost team efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives
**Qualifications**
* Past experience as a founding full stack lead is a MUST
* Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Vue and Nuxt
* Proven track record of improving developer productivity and engineering processes
* Experience in product management, including roadmap development and delivery
* Background in managing high-volume, enterprise-scale applications
* Familiarity with AI/LLM integration in web applications
* Excellent communication skills and Strategic thinking
