**About Kiki World:**
KIKI is a Web2.5 co-creation product platform dedicated to empowering anyone
to help create the products they want and be rewarded for their contributions.
Our membership-driven platform mimics dao and on-chain incentive functions to
familiarize mainstream audiences with contribution and reward mechanisms
through familiar UX and product offerings. As we drive platform adoption, KIKI
will migrate increasing functionality on-chain to empower members to benefit

**What we’re looking for:**
* Highly experienced core developer with a full stack background and time spent working with smart contracts on EVM
* Collaboratively take ownership of Kiki World’s web3 product design, architecture, and development
* Willingness to learn new technologies and iterate quickly on product solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
* Create and maintain technical documentation as you work
* Ensure software meets quality standards through code reviews, testing, and automation
* Participate in an agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Work with high autonomy in a “run what you write” environment
**What you’ll be doing:**
* Working within the Kiki World team to design and implement our first batch of web3 products: NFT drops, on-chain interactions, and holder royalty structures
* Leading the charge to define technical specifications for design, development, and implementation
* Collaborating with a small, fast-moving startup of technical and non-technical coworkers to build, test, and iterate on ideas quickly
* Working with our advisors and management to effectively communicate trade-offs and constraints around different software approaches
* Researching other consumer NFT applications and understanding how they apply to Kiki World’s use cases
* Assisting other engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support
* Staying up to date with emerging web3 trends and applying them to Kiki World if applicable
**Your experience should include:**
* 5+ years in software development and 2+ years experience as a blockchain developer
