* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance product offerings.
* Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security protocols are rigorously maintained and compliance with industry standards.
* Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier engineering talent and provide mentorship and development opportunities to the technology team.

🛠 **Requirements**
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
* Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
* Strong background in developing and deploying machine vision and AI technologies.
* Extensive knowledge of hardware integration and on-edge deployment of AI models.
* Experience in managing large-scale software development projects and familiarity with both agile and traditional project management methodologies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
