one of the first employees to help build the Verneek AI platform!

**Responsibilities
**
* Help our front end developers to bridge the gap between design and our infrastructure
**Requirements
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience with building high-performance applications
* Highly skilled in Javascript, Scala, and Python
* Portfolio of prior projects with a complex backend
* Work authorization in the USA at the time of hire
* Continuing work authorization during employment can be sponsored by Verneek
**Preferred Qualifications
**
* 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software
* Having worked with Apache Flick Stateful Functions
* Having worked with technologies such as Akka and Spark
* Experience with data science and data-driven analytics
* Good grasp of fundamentals in computer science (algorithms)
* Having had exposure to machine learning systems/ worked with AI teams
