**What you need:**
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
* 3 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
* A minimum of 15 years of general software development experience
* Within the last 15 years, a minimum of 7 years combined experience with a minimum of two programming languages.
* Minimum of five (5) years combined experience working within a minimum of two (2) operating systems.
* Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated in-depth knowledge of a VISTA-related domain.
* Demonstrated experience leading a software development team and ensuring that all work is completed within the constraints of the software development process being used on the project.
* Experience developing in Java and Python
* Experience developing modern front end languages (VueJS, Angular, or React)
* Experience developing middle tier
* Experience developing with NoSQL (CouchDb, MongoDb)
* Experience developing Rest Services
* **Clearance** **:** **Active TS/SCI with an appropriate** ** ** **polygraph** ** ** is required to be considered for this role
