understanding of the operational environment, deep technical expertise, and

##### **What we'd like to see:**
* Experience designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications
* Ability to collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Proficiency in modern front-end Javascript frameworks usage such as React or Angular
* Strong skills in back-end development using Node.js or Python
* Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
* Experience building reusable components and libraries for future use
* History of mentoring and teaching other team members, especially junior members
* Great understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
##### **Desired Skills:**
* Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
* Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
* Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts, 1 year of experience or more
