### 🔮 About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
maintaining our web applications, from front-end to back-end, and ensuring
that they are scalable, robust, and easy to use. You will work cross-
functionally with our team throughout development. You will contribute to the
product development process including UX design, customer interviews,
brainstorming new features and guiding in the decision making.
### ✏️ What you will do
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our web applications and machine learning pipelines
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
* Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
* Own the deployment and operation of systems that you build
* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development
* Mentor and guide junior developers
### 🧑🔬 What you bring to the table
* 2 years of experience in full-stack development or related work
* The ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
* The ability to write understandable, maintainable, extensible, and testable code
* Experience with web development using python; Bonus points for experience with Django and HTMX
* Experience being the architect of major new enhancements
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills: we're a small organization and you will be involved in every aspect
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Foundational machine learning knowledge and prior experience fine-tuning large language models is a bonus
