Lean Discovery Group is in search of a skilled and ambitious Account Executive
to become part of our energetic sales team. As an integral player in our
organization, your role will involve a 50-50 split between prospecting
potential clients and closing deals. This position is ideally suited for an
exceptional communicator with a tenacious spirit for closing deals and a drive
to contribute to our company’s growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Core Sales/Account Management:

* Allocate 50% of your time to identifying, researching, and prospecting potential clients via a multitude of strategies (including cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
* Dedicate the other 50% of your time to nurturing these prospects, building relationships, presenting our solutions, negotiating terms, and ultimately, closing deals.

Reporting

* Provide regular reports on sales performance and revenue growth to the CEO.
* Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a tech startup environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Note: At this time it’s only Account Manager work and gradually with company
growth it will become a full-fledged Head of Sales

Lean Discovery Group focuses on User Experience Design and Software
Engineering. Their company has offices in Virginia Beach. They have a small
team that's between 11-50 employees.
