**Job Description:**
As a Frontend Developer at SmarTrip, you will be responsible for creating and
maintaining the user interface of our web and mobile applications. You will
work closely with our design and backend teams to ensure a seamless and
visually appealing user experience. We are looking for a candidate with
expertise in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and other modern web development
technologies. Your work will directly impact the way travelers plan and enjoy
their trips.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
2. Develop and maintain the frontend components of the SmarTrip web and mobile applications.
3. Optimize application performance to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
4. Work closely with the backend development team to integrate API endpoints and data.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
6. Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices and propose improvements when necessary.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve user interface issues and bugs.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
4. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus but not required.
