ILS Inc. is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to support a federal
project. The ideal candidate will have good experience in designing and
developing user-centered web applications using **Angular (v.12+)** , possess
strong written and oral communication skills, and have good multitasking
ability. **_This is a hybrid position located in the Washington, D.C. area._**
**Responsibilities**
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry standard UX design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
* Develop reusable UI components and ensure consistency across the application.
* Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related equivalent.
* **At least 8 years ' experience** in UI/UX design and development using Angular.
* Extensive experience and expertise with Angular framework ( **Angular 12+** ), TypeScript, Angular CLI, PrimeNG, HTML 5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Nodejs, RESTful services, Figma /Sketch, and Karma.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as RxJS, NgRx, and Sass.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Angular projects, independent frontend modules, including designing scalable and modular architectures.
* Proficiency in building responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform applications.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating back-end services.
* Good written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
* **Micro-frontend development experience**
* Experience with AWS ( _desired_ )
