We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our founding team in sunny LA. We
don’t care where you went to school or whether we’ve heard of your last
company, just that you are deeply curious, extremely resourceful, and have an
insatiable ambition to build something big. You are constantly learning about
the latest growth and marketing strategies, and love getting your hands dirty
testing new distribution channels. You can think outside the box and can
thrive whether given a marketing budget of a million dollars or no budget at
all. You openly embrace the "doing things that don't scale" ethos, and willing
to hustle for each and every user in the near term.

Stylar is building an AI-native fashion shopping platform. Instead of browsing
a grid of foreign models, we’re reimagining the online shopping experience to
put you at the center. We use state of the art AI & computer vision technology
to generate outfits directly onto our shoppers, and help complete the journey
by directing them to similar pieces at different brands and price-points.

**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience marketing and growing a consumer or prosumer product.
* Experience working with creators and running micro-influencer campaigns.
* Autonomous. Must have strong bias to action.
* Excellent communicator. Clear and concise.
