Job Description
As a Founding Software Engineer at Spark Space, you will play a pivotal role
in shaping the future of our technology stack and product offerings. This is a
unique opportunity to be part of the core team that will set the direction for
our engineering culture and technological achievements.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate to design and develop a new AI powered Roblox game from the ground up.
* Implement game features that allow for easy avatar and item creation by young users.
* Integrate AI technology like LLMs and image-generation with “text to image” and “text to 3D” to enhance the creative process within the game.
* Test and refine game functionality to provide an entertaining and educational experience.
* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to create magical experiences for users.
* Take ownership of the codebase and ensure high standards of code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
* 5-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Python.
* Proven experience or interest with artificial intelligence and its practical applications.
* A track record of successful projects that demonstrate your creativity and high standards in engineering.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* A passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Location
This position is remote and available to candidates in North America and
Central/South America.
