their customers. We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer who will join our
dynamic founding team.
Job Description:
As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the early
stages of our startup. You'll help us build upon our initial product, shape
our engineering culture, and drive our technological vision. You’ll be a vital
part of every aspect of our product development, from concept to coding,
testing, and launch.
Responsibilities:
1. Architect, design, and implement reliable and scalable software systems from scratch.
2. Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for software development.
3. Collaborate with the founding team to define product specifications and translate them into functional requirements.
4. Participate in full-cycle software development including development, deployment, and production support.
5. Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the code produced by the team.
6. Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
7. Interface with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine our product.
Qualifications:
1. BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
3. Proven experience in building software systems from scratch.
4. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Swift, Javascript, etc.).
5. Solid understanding of database design and data modeling.
6. Familiarity with AWS
7. Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
1. Experience in a startup environment.
2. SDK development experience
