pioneering artificial intelligence startup as the Founding Product Owner. In
this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful
productization of our cutting-edge technology. You will play a key part in
shaping the future of our company by driving the development and delivery of
our AI products to the market.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to
define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Align the
product roadmap with the company's overall business goals and market demands.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle,
working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data
scientists, designers, and researchers. Translate business requirements into
detailed product specifications and user stories.
Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies and drive the product
development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release
management. Maintain a well-prioritized and groomed product backlog that
reflects customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer
needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from
customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions and prioritize features
and enhancements.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that our
AI products are intuitive, user-friendly, and provide a seamless user
experience. Collaborate with design and UX teams to create compelling product
prototypes and wireframes.
Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies, including
pricing, positioning, and messaging. Work closely with the marketing and sales
teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer success. Continuously
monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for iterative
improvements.
Product-Market Fit: Collaborate with business development and sales teams to
identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships. Analyze customer
feedback and usage data to iteratively refine the product and ensure its
alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or
similar role, preferably in a startup environment. Demonstrated experience in
successfully launching and managing AI or machine learning products is highly
desirable.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine
learning, and data science concepts. Familiarity with the software development
lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to effectively communicate and
collaborate with technical teams.
Business Acumen: Solid business and commercial awareness, with the ability to
identify market opportunities and drive product-market fit. Understanding of
customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in the AI and
technology sectors.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the
ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proven experience in
driving product development and managing stakeholders with competing
priorities.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a
drive to shape the future of AI technology. Comfortable working in a fast-
paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
and navigate ambiguity.
