**Who We’re Looking For:**
We are seeking a talented Founding Product Engineer with expertise in Figma
and React.js (ideally with 2+ years of experience across 30+ projects). You
should be passionate about creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user
interfaces. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across
our platforms, ensuring they meet the high standards our users expect.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Designing user interfaces for our web, iOS, and Android apps using Figma.
* Collaborating with engineers and product managers to implement and refine designs.
* Implementing designs using frontend skills (React.js).
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Developing and maintaining a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
* Analyzing user feedback and data to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
* Presenting design ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders.
* Taking ownership of the design process from concept to final implementation.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
* Proficiency in Figma and React.js.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, particularly those involving web and mobile applications.
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Experience with frontend development, particularly with React.js.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own projects.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Good to Have:**
* Experience working in a startup environment.
* Knowledge of other frontend frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js.
* Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js).
* Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
* Experience with user research and usability testing.
* Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like Sass or Less.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
