**Role and Responsibilities:**
As a Founding Product Designer at Thrivein, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping the entire user experience of our platform. Your responsibilities will
include:
* User Interface Design: Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and resonate with our creative community.
* User Experience Design: Craft seamless user journeys, from onboarding to engaging with the platform's diverse features, ensuring a delightful user experience throughout.
* Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the co-founders, developers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that enhance the platform's functionality and user engagement.
* Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate on ideas.
* Widget Customization: Design a widget system that allows creatives to showcase their diverse talents and create their unique brand identity.
* Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the platform is fully responsive across various devices, providing a seamless user experience for both web and mobile users.
* Collaboration with Tech Team: Collaborate closely with the tech team to implement designs, address technical challenges, and ensure the design vision is translated accurately.
* Design Leadership: As a founding member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the design culture, mentor future design hires, and influence the overall creative direction of the platform.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in designing digital products.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and stunning user interface designs.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and current design trends.
* Experience with widget systems and creating customizable profiles is a plus.
* Familiarity with web three concepts, blockchain, and NFTs is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional designs that resonate with users.
