**Role Description**
As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer at Beluga, you will be instrumental in
building the backbone of our educational platform. You will work closely with
the CTO on building and scaling our platform, including contributions to the
design and development of the company's infrastructure and technical
architecture. You will also be developing and implementing product features,
mentoring junior engineers, and working collaboratively with the executive
team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Contribute to the development of our educational platform from concept to
deployment.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to create a seamless and
intuitive user experience.
Implement both front-end and back-end functionalities, ensuring high
performance and responsiveness.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the crypto and blockchain
space.
Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company's technology
roadmap.
Ensure the scalability and security of our platform.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing
your skills.
Proficient in a range of technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js,
Python, etc.).
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is highly
desirable.
Passion for education and a keen interest in making learning accessible and
engaging.
Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
