to fresh, delicious, and nutritious produce. The current infrastructure,
however, is inefficient and fails to provide access for everyone. One in six
Americans lack access to fresh fruits and vegetables, a third of all harvested
produce goes to waste, and over 20 million foodborne illnesses drive serious
illnesses annually. There’s a tremendous opportunity to make meaningful

What We’re Looking For As an early sales hire, you will partner closely with
the CEO to drive revenue growth. Your role will include running end-to-end
sales processes, attending trade shows, and developing lasting relationships
with customers and industry leaders. Your Background: 3+ years of B2B SaaS
sales experience. You’ve sold $8K-$50K ARR deals to SMBs and Mid-Size
Companies (<$100mm in rev) at a high velocity and can move upmarket Performed
all aspects of sales functions from sourcing to closing at speed: Sourced and
qualified new opportunities Managed a well-maintained pipeline Successfully
executed discovery calls and demos Closed customers and secured signed
contracts Built close relationships with customers while driving successful
commercial outcomes and upselling additional products Attended and organized
trade show exhibits Have experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) Who you
are: Strong communicator with the ability to connect across various customer
archetypes Rapid learner who is focused on growth and is highly coachable
Analytical thinker with careful attention to detail Passionate about fresh
produce and modernizing legacy industries Resilient and have a demonstrated
talent for overcoming challenges Ambitious and excited about the opportunities
at a seed-stage startup Owner mentality with a high degree of urgency and
persistence Efficient time manager and proven track record of prioritization
