We are a well-funded, stealth AI startup offering top of market pay for a
senior engineer with experience working in AI to join our fully distributed
team.
This is a position that is fully remote and requires strong technical skills
as you will be asked to help our team of senior engineers to further build out
our LLM pipelines. You will also be encouraged to offer your own innovative
ideas on how to develop the product further.
You will be working with a team of world-class engineers and founders, most of
whom have previously co-founded companies that have scaled to millions of
users, mentored at top global accelerators, and built cutting-edge
technologies across social, web3, and other industries. We are bootstrapping
this project with up to an 8 figure initial investment and most importantly,
our team is conscious, kind, and passionate about what we do, and we are
selective in bringing on people who can match this energy.
Does this sound like you?
* 7+ years experience in software engineering
* 4+ years experience working with AI
* Comprehensive experience with Langchain and DSPy
* Experience building RAG pipelines
* Experience with prompting and fine-tuning effectiveness of LLMs
* Deep understanding of the AI landscape
* A desire to work on big complex projects with lots of creative freedom
* A passion for shipping high-quality products
* Experienced building resilient and scalable backends
* Experience working on products that have scaled to millions of users
* Kind and empathetic, yet rigorous
* Quick in execution, yet detail-oriented (measure twice, cut once)
* Entrepreneurial and have worked on your own projects in the past
* You're a team player and build those around you up
Base salary: $160k to $240k USD;
Equity: Open for discussion
