**What you’ll work on:**
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Olto, you will:
* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications, for Olto’s Demo Automation platform and an ambitious roadmap of tools for sales and marketing teams
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while contributing to code reviews to ensure code quality and shared learning.
* Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, working closely with other engineering teams.
* Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs, pilot proposed solutions, and encourage the adoption of new tools and frameworks.
* Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies and best practices to improve the development process continually.
* Partner closely with founders and GTM teams to understand customer pain points and deliver solutions to address them
**What you’ll bring:**
* Deep understanding and a background working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks like React or Angular.
* Strong fundamentals and practical understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, Express, and NextJs.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
* Customer-centric problem-solving with a sense of urgency
* Strong communication skills and eagerness to work collaboratively with teammates.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
* Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
* Experience in Machine Learning/AI is a plus, but not a hard requirement
