### About the role

game, regardless of size. We do this through the first AI-powered sales coach
to offer feedback live, during sales calls - enabling reps to improve their

As a founding engineer, you'll work directly with the two co-founders and
apply an entrepreneurial, growth mindset to your day-to day. You'll get to

* Scope, design, implement, and own end-to-end feature sets
* Have autonomy to identify, conceptualize, and launch new initiatives
* Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
* Help design a delightful and intuitive product that users enjoy coming back to
* Work directly with customers on product development and product support
### The Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
* Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment
* Cares about shipping high quality product, and believes that details matter in creating a delightful user experience
* Self-driven, and able to work on a mix of open ended-experiment ideas and projects with detailed specifications
* Thinks like an owner, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excited about the untapped potential in leveraging AI and LLMs to analyze conversations and drive revenue growth
* Enjoys working and contributing to a high performing team that consistently delivers results
