* We're building a co-pilot for hardware designers. Our mission is to enable 9M mechanical engineers to iterate through designs 1000x faster and assist them all the way from design conceptualization to getting design docs ready to be shared with the contract manufacturer.

**Your Responsibilities**
* Build, ship, and contribute to the critical product features and also take true ownership of the features. As part of the early-stage startup you will work directly with the founders, customers, investors and understand the startup journey from ground zero.
* You will lead the design, development, and deployment software for 3D geometry (CAD) processing and encoding at the level of resolution needed for design and manufacturing (example dataset: <https://github.com/AutodeskAILab/Fusion360GalleryDataset>)
* Assist in the strategy, planning the product roadmap, and prioritize the development in partnership with early customers and design partners
Learn a lot – about building things from scratch that engineers will love.
Also learn about entrepreneurship!
**Prefered Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience developing and working with 3D geometry/2D image/Point Cloud/Lidar/Triangle mesh data and developing related ML models (e.g. NeRF, PointNet, DeepSDF, GNN/GCN, Multiresolution HashEncoding)
* You have experience architecting, training and deploying a feature in resource constrained environments.
* Experience with the related technologies, libraries, and languages: Python, C++, PyTorch (3D)/TensorFlow/JAX; plus to have GPU programming and experience using openVDB/libigl/warp
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc); a PhD is a plus.
* Work experience, with startup experience as a strong advantage.
* You are excited about entrepreneurship, taking things from 0 to 1, and have a continuous learning mindset. You are excited about building a geometry and physics based model for a vast variety of design problems (e.g. heat dissipation system for chips to landing gears)!
* You thrive when you have autonomy and ownership over your work
* Bonus: you have background mechanical or electrical engineering and are familiar with CAD/CAM software and workflows
**Location**
We’re currently located in Menlo Park, CA, planning to work 2-3 days in
person. The exact location may change but it will be based in the SF-Bay area.
