**About the Job**
We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our growing engineering
team as a Founding Engineer. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the
opportunity to influence engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture
and strategy. You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, and other engineers to
influence every aspect of the platform.
Kipsi is based in the Bay Area but we are a remote-first company.

**Requirements**
* 5+ years experience
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* Fluency in Typescript, Javascript, React, PostgreSQL
* Experience building user-facing products or features
* Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code
* Excellent verbal communication skills
