We are seeking a passionate and visionary Founding Engineer to join us in
shaping the core foundation of our platform. This is a unique opportunity for
an ambitious individual to be an integral part of our early-stage team and
contribute significantly to the development of our product.
**Responsibilities** :
* Work closely with the founding team to architect, design, and develop scalable and innovative solutions for our platform.
* Lead the technical development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement features that align with user needs and business objectives.
* Contribute to the technical roadmap, making critical decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and development processes.
* Proactively identify and address technical challenges and propose solutions to improve the product.
**Requirements** :
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
technologies.
Experience in building and scaling web applications or platforms.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data
structures.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining
effective communication and collaboration.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Ability to build, mentor and lead your own team.
Prior experience in a startup environment, especially as a founder is a plus.
