**About the Role**
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer to
become an integral part of our growing team. Your primary responsibility will
be the development and maintenance of our backend infrastructure, with a
specific focus on NodeJS and Python. Cloud Functions GCP, MongoDB, and event-
driven architecture. You will be entrusted with overseeing the complete
software development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to
thorough testing and efficient deployment.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Interface directly with customers to collect feedback and contribute to refining product design.
* Ensure smooth integration with multiple third-party systems for the delivery of robust fintech solutions.
* Collaborate across various functions, including mentoring junior engineers.
* Take ownership of projects from start to finish, involving initial feature scoping, product design, database architecture, and final deliverable development.
**What we 're looking for**
* Design and implement efficient and secure data models using MongoDB.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Build and deploy event-driven applications leveraging Cloud Functions GCP and Pub/Sub.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps) to ensure smooth development and deployment.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the backend development world.
* Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant backend APIs using Python and NodeJS.
* Perform unit and integration testing using established frameworks.
