We are building an AI agent to reimagine enterprise legal operations,
addressing a $350B market that has been underserved for decades. You will be
the 1st AI Engineer Hire, working directly with the founders, building
features end to end. The compensation will include significant equity.

* We are a small team with decades of engineering experiences and domain expertise building 0-1 products at Google, Meta, Airbnb, Uber, Amazon, and early stage startups.
* We are backed by top VCs, including early backers for PayPal, Palantir and DeepMind.
* We have an extremely lightweight process, move fast and build exactly what users want, sometimes ship new features the next day.
**What we are looking for**
* 5+ years of relevant working experiences on ML / AI products.
* Experience using prompts and LLM stacks (OpenAI, Langchain, HuggingFace, Pinecone, etc) to build products and fine tune models.
* Proficiency in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
* Previous experience working on unstructured data processing and understanding like docx, PDF, html etc.
* Self starter and enjoy startup pace. This is not a 9-5 role.
* Fast learner and can navigate through ambiguity.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
**Nice to have**
* Enjoy working full stack and wear multiple hats.
* Previous experience of building quick prototypes or scrappy products or early stage startup experiences.
* We are remote first, but prefer someone in SF to meet with the CTO in person 1-2 times a week for in-person product discussions.

* 45 min call with CTO to discuss previous working experiences or a brainstorm design session on a Ruli feature. No Leetcode.
* 45 min call with CEO
* We will invite you to our slack channel for a 1-2 days work trial for a small Ruli feature. If you are in SF, happy to meet in person. We can accommodate based on your schedules (can be in multiple evenings or weekends). You will be compensated for the work trial.
