**Cassidy** is an innovative no-code platform enabling businesses to create
custom AI assistants that automate complex workflows.

We're looking for a resourceful and agile Founding Account Executive to join
our growing team, drive innovative sales strategies, and provide exceptional
customer service and product expertise.

### **About the Role:**

As the Founding Account Executive at Cassidy, you will draw on your strong
track record of sales success and your ability to adapt to a nimble, fluid
role. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting into, and closing
net new logos, driving top of the funnel pipeline and supporting existing
customers. Additionally, you will have a direct impact on content creation for
creative workflows, and closing a predominantly inbound pipeline of sales
opportunities to meet revenue targets. We continually test new strategies, so
we need a get-it-done team member embodying resourcefulness, agility, and
creative problem-solving.

**Note: Being based in New York (or being willing to relocate) is necessary
for this role.**

### Responsibilities:

1. Drive Sales and Manage Pipeline
* Execute outbound Pipeline Generation (PG), prospecting into new accounts and lead initial discovery and qualification.
* Qualify, progress and close warm leads and lay the foundation for predictable revenue growth.
* Meet monthly targets for pipeline creation, lead qualification, and discovery meetings.
2. Close New New Logos and Expand Business
* Qualify, progress, and develop customized proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition and business impact, in order to secure new clients.
* Expand existing customer relationships and venture into new areas to drive revenue growth.
* Skilled in negotiating deals with legal and finance teams, with a strong understanding of business.
* Capable of capturing business metrics and evidence of successful deals to identify patterns of impact for customers, driving repeatability and creating referenceable success.
3. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
* Develop a strong understanding of the customer's business in order to speak their language.
* Be well-prepared and knowledgeable about their strategic priorities, initiatives, and challenges to establish credibility and trust.
* Make sure you can clearly explain Cassidy's value proposition and then help align solutions that are in line with Cassidy's unique differentiation.
* Manage stakeholders from multiple departments throughout the sales cycle and implementation process.
4. Oversee Full Sales Cycle
* Utilize thought leadership content to effectively nurture your sales funnel on a large scale.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospect evaluation, pitching, and creating tailored account strategies.
