AI Insurance is the platform that small-to-midsize insurance companies use to
run every part of their business. Before we showed up, they used spreadsheets
and filing cabinets – wasting as much as 60% of revenue on administrative
expenses. We’re doing what Salesforce did for SMB sales teams, but we’re
tapping into the over 10,000 insurance companies that waste $238 billion
dollars annually.

Digitizing these businesses is only the beginning. As our customer base grows,

leveraging machine learning to automate the claims and underwriting process

**Responsibilities**

* Spearhead our sales and revenue growth and work alongside the founder to close deals and grow ARR.
* Travel to many insurance conferences, doing the outbound beforehand to set up meetings
* Deliver demos, nurture opportunities, and close deals.
* Explore new ways to accelerate our sales growth like partnerships and referrals.
* Be a brand representative in the highly interconnected insurance industry. Currently, all of our growth comes from connections to existing customers – so this is key.

**Compensation**

* Base: $80k

* Equity: .1%

* OTE: $150k

* Context: The founder is currently working on sales about 5 hours/week, and he's a software engineer. Commission is uncapped! So, while even at face value we think this comp is compelling, we'd be thrilled for you to come in, crush it, and make bank. There's upside that matches the risk when you're the first AE!

**About You**

* You love to learn and consider your ability to learn one of your differentiating factors from other AEs. You'll need that to get up to speed quickly.
* You’re confident you can help us cross this inflection point of explosive growth.
* You're skilled at relationship-based sale. That's key in insurance.
* You're good at making friends, and you can be a representative. Insurance is all deeply interconnected, so your ability to make friends in the space will largely drive your success.
