We are seeking Founders in Residence who are ready to embark on the exciting
journey of building a startup from the ground up. As a Founder in Residence,
you will work closely with our team to explore market opportunities, test and
validate ideas, and ultimately step into the role of Founder and CEO of a new
venture.
We welcome founders, whether they have specific ideas or not. Our studio
supports individuals with clear ideas, as well as those eager to start a
venture, equipped with the skills, ambition, and determination to build
something exceptional.

**Your Responsibilities:**
* Conduct in-depth market research to uncover high-potential opportunities.
* Develop, test, and refine business ideas and product concepts.
* Collaborate with the LabEight* team to build and iterate on product prototypes.
* Lead the formation and growth of a new startup, driving the company’s vision and strategy.
* Engage with potential customers, gather feedback, and refine the product-market fit.
* Assemble and lead a talented team to scale the company.
* Partner with LabEight* to secure funding and drive the company’s growth trajectory.

**Compensation:**
* You will receive a stipend for 6 months, while incubated at the studio.
