### **2\. Job Description**
As a Flutter Mobile Engineer at [KADO](https://www.kadonetworks.com), you will
be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable mobile applications using
the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to
design and implement features that meet both user needs and business
objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse
projects and contribute to the evolution of our mobile applications.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using
Flutter.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into
elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices
and coding standards.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality
and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development,
particularly within the Flutter ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance across
various devices.
Participate in the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter, with at least 3
years of hands-on experience.
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
Solid understanding of the Flutter framework, including its architecture,
widgets, and libraries.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs integration.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment.
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
