**About the Role**

As a Senior Software Engineer at LaunchPass, you will help shape the future of
the largest and most profitable paid chat communities. With millions of
subscriptions managed, we are at the forefront of providing seamless,
monetized chat experiences for creators on platforms like Discord, Slack, and
Telegram. You’ll work on our core platform, contributing across the stack,
from frontend UI to backend services and APIs, ensuring our tools are fast,
scalable, and user-friendly. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of
designers, product thinkers, and customers to bring new features and
innovations to life.

**Responsibilities**

• **Develop Core Products** : Build and enhance our core platform for creators
and their communities. This dynamic role requires agility to dive into any
area of the product, contribute quickly, and add value.

• **Engineering Best Practices** : Elevate our engineering culture through
collaboration, code reviews, and mentorship, ensuring high-quality and
scalable solutions.

• **Product Collaboration** : Work alongside designers, support teams, and
customers to take products from concept to release. You will own your
contributions, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality delivery.

• **Customer Interaction** : Engage directly with community creators to
understand their challenges and build solutions that truly meet their needs.
Everyone at LaunchPass, including leadership, is involved in customer support
to foster empathy and build better products.

**Technologies We Use**
• **JavaScript/TypeScript** : Next.js, React, Node/Express, Javascript, Google
Cloud Platform
• **Database** : PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Datastore

**Requirements**
• **Experience** : 6+ years of experience developing full stack software for
high-scale systems.

• **Full Stack Contribution** : Proven ability to work across the stack, with
a passion for particular technologies or areas where you excel.

and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
