_**Software Development at USAN happens in a mix of different environments and
tools. We use an**_
_**in-house call processing software for processing IVR calls, JavaScript
frameworks for our front-end user**_
_**interface development and applications that have a customer-facing web UI.
We also use C,**_
_**C++, C#/.Net for other development projects as well as interface with SQL
and No-SQL database systems.**_
_**Developers have the opportunity and flexibility to utilize different
languages, tools,**_
_**and environments for internal projects.**_
_**The Entry-Level Software Developer will work on a small team in a highly
collaborative way to design,**_
_**develop, test, tune, implement, and support USAN’s core IVR applications.
You will**_
_**be heavily involved in creating new complex and high-volume functionality,
as well as**_
_**maintaining existing high-level functionality. Will be responsible for the
creation,**_
_**optimization, and maintenance of the 3rd party vendor API transactions as
well. You will**_
_**have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment for the country’s
best IVR**_
_**development shop.**_
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
* Excellent skills/coursework with C, and C++ programming languages required.
* Excellent programming skills as demonstrated by college level coursework or
work experience.
* Ability to work with minimal direction, in a strong team environment.
* Ability to work well within deadline-oriented development structure.
* Experience with Visual Studio, or similar IDE.
* Exposure to C#, ASP.Net, Python, NodeJS, SQL, SQL Server, Perl, a plus.
* Make informed design and development decisions.
* Stay up to date on technology trends and best practices.
* Exposure to HTTP and SSL protocols a plus.
