dynamic pricing startup that helps restaurants double their profit margins at
the push of a button. We’re both the easiest and fastest way to improve online
sales for a restaurant.

As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to expand the
fastest growing restaurant tech solution, while contributing significant input
to our operational process. You will join a team of work-hard, play-hard,
supportive people who are shifting the paradigm of restaurant sales.

**About the Position:**
We’re looking for someone with enterprise sales experience and an
understanding of the restaurant industry to come build with us at Sauce. As an
Enterprise Sales Leader you will have an opportunity to be a key strategic
contributor -- Bringing your intense work ethic and desire to make an
immediate impact. You will take ownership of your projects and help us set and
reach aggressive sales targets. You’ll also educate restaurant owners on our
value proposition and generate opportunities for the Sauce team.

You will help us build out essential parts of the sales organization. You’ll
be constantly collaborating with product, customer success, and other
individuals within the organization to help identify and implement strategies
that accelerate our acquisition and conversion of restaurant chains. You’ll
demonstrate that you are a thought leader in the restaurant technology space,
and help restaurateurs improve their business by using the Sauce platform.
This position requires the right combination of grit, curiosity, drive, and
analytical skills to help identify opportunities for Sauce with restaurant
groups and chains.

Posted Salary Range is for On Target Earnings. This is a 50/50 base/commission
role.

**At Sauce, you will:**

* Own our acquisition goals and the path to get there within CAC targets
* Optimize conversion and the customer lifecycle, driving the right leads to sales and nurturing customers through their journey
* Partner closely with product teams, sales, customer success, and other marketing functions to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and referrals, and product adoption.
* Understand our target audience and personas, and design pricing experiments based on customer needs.
* Partner closely with product and support teams to continuously test, optimize and improve customer experience
* Ensure that we have the right activity mix to drive growth, including awareness, contact acquisition, and demand generation.
* Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform strategies. Keep current with latest trends and best practices.
