greater collaboration with academic professionals. NotedSource works with R&D,
L&D, HR, and Innovation Teams. If you have any experience selling to any of
these teams, please apply! We sell almost exclusively to Fortune 500
companies.

**Responsibilities:**

* We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The best candidates will ahve experience selling to large companies and understands selling within HR or R&D teams and offering workforce productivity tools.

* New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential enterprise-level customers, engage with key stakeholders, and leverage your industry knowledge to demonstrate how our products/services can address their specific needs and challenges.

* Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention and upselling opportunities.

* Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales activities and results.

* Consultative Selling: Understand the complex needs and pain points of enterprise customers, conduct in-depth needs analysis, and propose innovative solutions to meet their objectives.

* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.

* Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them in the market.

**Required Experience**

* Selling SaaS to large enterprise customers
* An understanding or experience with human resources, corporate innovation or R&D teams
* Comfortable presenting and discussing complex topics including AI and niche innovation topics

**Idea Experience**

* 5-8 years of experience building and scaling B2B Midmarket and/or Enterprise Sales organizations in tech
* You’re familiar with healthy unit economics of a usage-based business model
