Modius is seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will
be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, building
relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. You will
work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand our products
and services deeply, ensuring you can effectively communicate their value to
potential customers. Your primary focus will be on generating leads,
qualifying prospects, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. If you are

**Requirements:**

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably
within the technology or software industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related
field is preferred.

* _Skills & Key Responsibilities: *_

* Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical products and solutions

* Enter calls, activities and customer information into a CRM and update as needed to keep all stakeholders informed.

* Use sales and marketing automation tools to enhance exposure within target accounts, measure inbound and outbound activities, and monitor effectiveness of personal sales activity.

* Secure meetings with key decision-makers and manage a robust pipeline of marketing qualified leads.

* Generate revenue by researching and targeting potential accounts, understanding technical requirements and providing technical information and explanations, preparing quotations, and closing sales.

* Qualify leads sourced via digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, etc.

* Collaborate effectively with business development team and sales leaders to develop targeted lists, channel strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the complete line of products & services; technologies and their applications via training and research.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Knowledge:

* Familiarity with DCIM, critical infrastructure management, IoT environments, and related technologies is a plus.

* Understanding of the data center, telecom, and smart building industries is highly desirable.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other customer-related applications.
