**About Pragma**

Pragma is supporting healthy and vibrant online communities by creating a
backend game engine— a platform of services and tools that enable game studios
to launch live-service games.

You'll be joining a passionate, remote-first team (PT time zone) that has
scaled games such as League of Legends and Destiny 2 and many more games at
Riot, Bungie, PopCap, and EA. We have also scaled platforms at traditional
tech companies including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, SendGrid and Tableau. We
are grateful to have partnered with top-tier investors including Greylock,
Upfront Ventures and Insight Partners.

**Description of Responsibilities**

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to join our product
organization to create and nurture an empowered product team. Teams at Pragma
lead the charge on unlocking game studios by defining online capabilities and
shaping game system tools.

Engineering managers at Pragma co-create their team’s roadmap with a partnered
Product Manager and Designer through continuously seeking customer feedback.
They act as team builder and curator, responsible for the professional growth
of team members and hiring new members onto the team. Engineering Managers
teach and exemplify Pragma's values.
