development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial

We Are Looking For an Engineering Manager

### Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a distributed team of cross-functional engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Collaborate with leadership and product management on roadmapping, technical planning, and prioritization.
* Maintain timely and clear communications with our external partners and technology providers.
* Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, processes, and product features.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, and support the professional growth of engineers.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, addressing any issues and facilitating continuous improvement.
* Hire and onboard new engineering talent, ensuring a strong and cohesive team dynamic. ### Together with tech lead
* Refine engineering processes to ensure high-quality product development and timely delivery.
* Oversee the architecture, design, and development of new features and products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
* Develop budget plans for projects, estimate recurring costs, monitor and control actual spendings for projects
### Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the startup or technology sectors.
* Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and blockchain technology.
* Proven ability to manage and scale engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
* Bonus: Experience founding a company or building side projects in the crypto/Web3 space.
* Bonus: Active participation in DeFi protocols and/or DAOs.
