highly motivated and self driven Engineering Tech Lead with a passion for

**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and manage a team of 6 talented engineers across US and India, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
2. Act as a hands-on contributor, dedicating approximately 80% of your time to coding and technical tasks, and 20% to leadership and management responsibilities.
3. Spearhead the development of next-generation software: AI agents, ensuring adherence to best practices and driving technical excellence.
4. Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Typescript, React and Langchain.
5. Collaborate closely with esteemed clients and cross-functional teams to craft a world-class product of global scale, demonstrating an ownership mindset and strategic product vision.
**Requirements:**
1. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
2. Strong proficiency in Python, Typescript, React, with optional experience in Langchain or LLama index.
3. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
4. Product development experience, with a focus on backend systems.
5. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
6. Familiarity with AI frameworks is a plus.
7. Demonstrated ownership mindset, self-motivation, curiosity, and a drive to innovate within the realm of advanced technology.
