We are looking for someone who will:
* Coordinate the tech team activities in accordance with product and business requirements
* Manage technical aspects of software development flow
* Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements
* Assure code quality and processes
* Control technical debt
* Facilitate coordination and communication with other teams and departments
* Collaborate with their team to identify and fix technical problems
Our requirements for this position are:
* 5+ years of experience with complex, high-performance enterprise software using modern web technologies
* Deep knowledge of Java (Spring) and/or React
* Working with databases (relational, nosql) in high performance scenarios
* AWS or other cloud provider experience
* DevOps pipelines
* Skills for upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design
* At least 3 years of proven experience leading high performance technical teams
* Participation in agile development teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
* Have experience using large-scale, high-concurrency message processing technologies
* Microservices design, creation and consumption
