We are building a world where no patient has to die of cancer. Our FDA-cleared
flagship product, Unfold AI, reveals the invisible cancer that doctors miss,
enabling oncologists to achieve better treatment outcomes while preserving
patients’ quality of life.

Unfold AI is a multi-modal AI platform that combines a patient’s diagnostic
data together (from EHR, PACS, and other healthcare systems) to create an
interactive 3D map of the patient’s cancer, enabling more precise and
personalized treatment. These maps have been validated in recent clinical
studies to significantly improve patient care and cancer treatment outcomes.

Unfold AI represents a generational leap in cancer treatment, but we need your
help to bring it to everyone. Specifically, we need your help to design and
build end-to-end features into Unfold AI. Are you up for the challenge to

**What you will do:**

* **Build Infrastructure** \- Develop network interfaces and integration applications on AWS using standards like DICOM, FHIR, and HL7.
* **Enforce Standards** – Ensure and document compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
* **Own Projects** – Ensure and document compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
* **Bring Doctors and Patients Joy** – Work with clinical departments to ensure smooth workflow and data exchange across and between clinics.

**What you will bring:**

* **Experience:**

* 7+ years of experience in healthcare integrations (PACS, EMRs, etc.).
* You have designed, implemented, and maintained secure integrations between healthcare systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* **Skills:**

* Healthcare protocols – Deep understanding of DICOM, HL7, FHIR.
* Integration engines – Qvera, Rhapsody, Mirth, Cloverleaf, or equivalent.
* Connecting cloud applications to on-prem systems. You understand VPNs + VMs and when to use them.
* Strong programming – We use Go, Python, and JS.
* Technical Writing – You can write detailed specifications and reports.
* Professional Communication – You know how to communicate exactly what you need from hospital IT.
* System observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog) for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
* Automated deployment and configuration tools for integration frameworks (e.g. Gitlab Pipelines, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc).
* Security standards and best practices (e.g. SOC2, ISO-27001).
* **Mindset:**

**What we offer in return:**

* Salary compensation in the range $160,000-$190,000 and equity compensation in the range 0.1-0.25%.
* Full benefits package including health, vision, and dental.
* Every other Friday off in addition to 15 days PTO + holidays.
