Superhumn is making truly affordable and accessible plant based foods for the
masses. We've developed a line of plant-based meats that are more affordable
to produce -> more affordable for the consumer. We decidedly say no to GMO,
gluten, soy, allergens to satisfy growing consumer demands for natural,
minimally processed foods.

Founded by serial entrepreneur/celebrity chef Jade Cheng, led by CEO Javier Di
Fiori, 25+ in investment banking, leading PE owned companies from $0 to $100ms
in revenue, and President of Sales Tim Bernard, former CCO of Del Monte.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive business growth,
strategy, unintimidated by fast-paced growth and multi-tasking.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful sales and
growth strategy fro international markets. You will be responsible for driving
revenue, increasing our brand recognition, identifying new markets, forging
strategic partnerships and driving the companyโ€™s strategic vision in markets
from Asia, Africa, LatAm, Europe, and the Middle East via B2B wholesale export
sales, white label supply, joint ventures, licensing, or other strategic
growth opportunities

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

๐ŸŒ **Global Market Expansion:**

* Develop and execute a robust sales and growth strategy for international markets spanning Asia, Africa, LatAm, Europe, and the Middle East.
* Identify and prioritize new markets with high growth potential.
* Lead the process of defining target customers and industry verticals
* Identify and develop partnerships with major CPG, distributors, retailers, and foodservice companies in international markets

* Drive revenue generation through effective sales and market penetration strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Extensive experience in international business development and market
expansion.
Familiarity with the diverse cultures and business practices of target
regions.
Extensive international rolodex in food, hospitality, retail, or other
relevant contacts
Experience working with government trade organizations, applying for grants,
incentives
Combination of creativity and strategic acumen
Self-starter and ability to work efficiently and independently
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the
capability of engaging others at all levels of the organization
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organized with outstanding project and time management skills, ability
to manage multiple projects concurrently, with precise attention to detail
Experience conducting research and advancing new ideas with minimal guidance
Broad knowledge and strong interest in food, wellness, sustainability,
fashion, design, art and architecture
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, handle dynamic
situations, and work under pressure
Is a demonstrated team player and collaborator and able to foster honest, open
communication
