Role Overview:

The Director of Program Development at Evolve is responsible for leading the
creation of cutting-edge health programs that integrate biofeedback, behavior
change principles, data analytics, and advanced technology. This position
requires deep expertise in neuroscience, psychology, or related disciplines,
coupled with a strong track record of utilizing data-driven insights to
develop effective health programs or interventions. The ideal candidate will
strategically leverage best practices, research, and data to deploy our core
program focused on self-regulation and develop customized programs for
targeted health conditions, ensuring that each program is both innovative and
delivers significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership and Strategy Execution: Direct the strategic planning,
development, and execution of comprehensive health programs that integrate
biofeedback, behavior change principles, data analytics, and advanced
technology. Actively guide and oversee the program lifecycle from initial
concept through development to full-scale deployment.

• Condition-Specific Program Design: Design and develop customized health
programs tailored to specific conditions, focusing on delivering targeted
outcomes that meet the needs of key cohorts (e.g,, PTSD cohort). Ensure that
each program is crafted to maximize relevance and impact for its intended
audience.

• Protocol and User Flow Development: Develop and define the detailed
protocols and user flows that underpin each program. Ensure these elements are
clearly articulated and effectively designed to meet the specific needs of
different health conditions and user groups.

• Manage Program Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics to
strategically inform and refine program development. Establish key performance
indicators to assess program effectiveness, collaborating closely with the
research team to integrate findings and enhance program outcomes continuously.

• Active Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust collaboration with health
professionals, researchers, and other key stakeholders to integrate their
insights into program development. Utilize this feedback to ensure programs
are aligned with current clinical practices and user expectations, and to
drive ongoing improvements.

• Development of Educational and Promotional Materials: Lead the development
of all educational and promotional materials related to the health programs.
Ensure that these materials effectively convey the benefits and
functionalities of the programs, and are scientifically accurate, engaging,
and persuasive.

• Cross-Functional Leadership in Program Implementation: Provide leadership in
translating program strategies and user flows to the software development
team, ensuring technical implementations align with program goals. Work
collaboratively with the research
and marketing teams to ensure that efforts are integrated across the
organization.

• Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of program developers,
providing guidance and mentorship. Foster a culture of innovation,
collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Advanced degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, or a related field, with a
strong emphasis on biofeedback, neurofeedback and health behavior change.
• Extensive experience in developing and launching health-related programs,
particularly those that integrate technology and data-driven insights.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of forming strong
relationships with healthcare providers and leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Robust analytical and strategic planning abilities, adept at handling
complex data and transforming it into effective program strategies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
