**Momentum Digital is looking for a part-time to full-time remote operations
specialist to help manage and grow our marketing agency.**
You MUST have these skills & experience.
1. Operations & Management
2. Digital Marketing (Websites, SEO, Social Media, PPC)
3. Account Management
This is a salaried contract position with a potential partner track for bonus
and equity.
Momentum Digital is a top ranked marketing startup located in Philadelphia.
For the past 3 years we won Top 50 fastest growing companies in the region. We
have a team of 30-40 people and roughly 100+ clients at any given time. We are
looking to grow and keep scaling, but we need someone with agency/operations
experience.
This position is remote, however, we prefer to hire someone local who can
visit the team and office as needed.
**Compensation**
$80,000 - $140,000/year
* $5000/month minimum
* Client commissions
* Annual Bonus
* Partner track for equity
**Duties**
* Report to the CEO and CMO
* Manage and oversee and employees and contractors
* Assist and support with client account management
* Check on status of all client accounts and profess weekly
* Setup new standard operating procedures for communication, reporting, and production
* Implement and manage new procedures, reduce any redundancies and paperwork
* Help with the hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
* Focus on increasing agency productivity
* Focus on increasing client lifetime value and retention
* Focus on increasing agency profitability
* Oversee project timelines and quality
* Assist with business development strategies and procedures
* Assist the CEO with other tasks related to growth and production
* Provide input, ideas and support to the agency
