**What You’ll Do**
* Lead and oversee the product strategy for all 4 products within the Ruvna platform
* Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market needs
* Collaborate closely with engineering to create and refine product wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
* Spearhead the development and launch of next-generation, groundbreaking products that push the boundaries of innovation in the education technology space
* Report directly to Ruvna's CEO, working closely to align product strategy with overall company vision and goals
* Take a hands-on approach in leading UI/UX design efforts, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences across all products
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and user satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user personas and their evolving requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies
* Advocate for the user experience at all levels of the organization, fostering a user-centric culture
* Balance business requirements with user needs to create products that are both functional and delightful to use
* Build and mentor a future product and design team as the company grows
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
* Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in leading design efforts
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
* Experience in building and mentoring high-performing product teams
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development best practices
* Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, user research)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
**Nice to Have**
* Familiarity with the education technology sector
* MBA or advanced degree
* Technical skills such as basic coding knowledge or experience with software development processes
