About Pandium:
Do you like boring industries worth hundreds of billions of dollars? Do you
feel the fiery rage of using bad tech to solve huge, pervasive problems that
deserve a better way?
Pandium is a pioneer in the embedded iPaaS space. Our founders spent decades
in B2B SaaS building integrations using tech inspired by the problems of 2005.
Launched in 2019, our platform powers integration marketplaces for companies
like ShipBob, Gorgias, Ryder, Loop Returns, and Vestwell, serving mission-
critical integrations used by over 6,500 businesses every month. We partner
with industry leaders across industries to ensure that their customers can
access their data when and how they need it with no limitations. We process
over 1.5 billion records monthly with a new approach to an old problem, and
while we are often imitated, we are never duplicated.
Now, we’re looking for a marketing leader to join us in our next phase of
growth and to shape the emerging industry that we founded.
Pandium is a New York City-based, fully remote, venture-backed team passionate
about revolutionizing the future of connectivity. We have felt the pain of
losing deals and revenue because of missing integrations, and we’ve built the
platform we always wished we had. We are a passionate team genuinely excited
about fixing the integration industry, and when we’re not heads-down in our
work, we enjoy spending time together (team crossword puzzles, anyone?).
About the Role:
As the Director of Marketing, you’ll report directly to our CEO and run all
things marketing. The team is small but growing, so you should be comfortable
doing individual work as well as managing others. In the future, you will be
responsible for hiring and managing additional marketing team members.
As we’re a small team, you should enjoy engaging in a wide variety of
marketing functions, from product marketing to content to managing paid ads.
You should be a T-shaped marketer who can do it all, even though you have
strengths in certain areas and are simply proficient in others.
We sell to partnerships, product, and engineering teams at B2B SaaS companies
and already have a strong brand known for its high-quality, evergreen content.
You’ll be walking into a great foundation and should be excited to bring
creativity to our marketing endeavors.
We don’t expect you to be an engineer, but as product managers and engineers
are two of the decision-makers in purchasing Pandium, you should have the
ability and interest to learn relevant technical concepts like APIs, product
integration, and native vs. third-party integration.
We also sell to partnership leaders (who are typically in business development
or marketing), so you should be comfortable speaking to different audiences
and understanding what resonates with each persona.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure top of funnel is full with 3x+ SQL and 10x+ MQL at all times
* Own feature roll-outs and work closely with product and CX to ensure that our value proposition is clear and consistent, even across multiple personas
* Keep a constantly evolving library of high quality content of interest to partnerships, product, and engineering leaders at B2B SaaS companies
* Define product messaging and persona development
* Work with senior leadership to manage strategic partnership rollouts
* Create and/or own effective sales enablement
* Manage and use HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Canva and other marketing tools to reach our objectives
* Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and buyers’ preferences to keep our brand well positioned and our sales messaging on target
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and media outlets to increase brand awareness and drive demand
* Manage our paid Google Ads to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality leads
* Engage in analyst relations to get analysts excited about our product
* Report marketing analytics around requested demos, downloads, MQLs, and pipeline; put together sales analytics around qualified meetings and sources
* Represent Pandium in the ecosystems community
* Initiate and manage co-marketing initiatives with companies that have similar ICPs and can increase our audience reach and brand equity
* Seek out and manage other channels for increased distribution, including speaking opportunities for you or our CEO or CTO, events, and industry sponsorships
* Think strategically about which initiatives are most important to pursue, and manage your time and your marketing associate’s time to most effectively reach those objectives
You’re a great fit if you have:
* 5+ years of marketing experience, at least 3 years in B2B SaaS
* Experience running marketing for a seed or Series A company
* Ability to think strategically and to tactically execute
* A desire to join an enterprise technology company ($100k+ ACV) with all that entails
* Easy access to air travel from a major US-based city
Bonus if you:
* Have experience marketing to a technical audience and/or product managers
* Previously marketed for a product that was creating a new product category
* Worked in SaaS partnerships in some capacity
* Expertise in Hubspot and/or Webflow
Your benefits:
* Competitive salary
* Meaningful Equity
* 100% Covered Medical Plans
* Affordable Dental and Vision Plans
* Unlimited PTO
* OneMedical Subscription
* Commuter benefits
* A diverse and growing group of fun teammates (if we do say so ourselves)
